If you live inside London, ON than absolutely! If you live a little outside London we will still come out to you.

Areas outside of London that we service include:

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Everything that is required to clean a home/apartment such as cleaning/vacuuming all the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.

We offer extra cleaning services that you can select when booking an appointment.

How much will it cost?

We do Flat Rate Pricing based on the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Select the number on our homepage or in the booking form and your price is instantly calculated right on the page. No surprises!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! Rest assured that we bring our own cleaning supplies, but also know that if you have any special requests or would prefer that we use your own supplies we are happy to accommodate when possible.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! Shoot us a reply to your confirmation with the details and we’ll be sure to take care of it for you.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply fill out our secure booking form and choose when you’d like us to come to clean your home. It really is that easy, all it takes is 60 seconds for your Maid in a Click. You will then get an email confirmation instantly with all the details.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Most definitely! All you need to do is enter the coupon/giftcard code into the booking form when you go to book a cleaning. The final price will show the discounted price automatically.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

First thing you should do is take a deep breath because we’re always going to make it right. Next thing you need to do is let us know right away and rest assured we’ll handle it immediately at the highest level of urgency.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

You bet it is! Our booking form is protected by Lions, Tigers, and Dragons!

But Seriously, our booking form has a layer of 256 bit security and your payments are processed by stripe and they have their own layer of 256 bit security. Also, none of your credit card numbers are stored in our system, we NEVER see them.

Rest assured our lions, tigers, and dragons take your security very, very, seriously, especially the dragons.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not 100% happy with the cleaning we want to know! If this is the case we will send out a team to re-clean (within a 7-day window) for absolutely free.

What does 100% mean? Well, if you’re not going to your friends to tell them about us then you’re not 100% satisfied, and that is unacceptable to us, so let us know if this happens!
